- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★After working with a national mortgage lender and being treated like a number not a person, I decided to try someone local. The national lender kept asking for the same documentation again and again and didn't follow-up on items they stated they would do. I contacted Kyle and within days had approval on a VA loan. The process was simple, transparent, and easy. Kyle was available whenever I needed him and was great at following up with me and the process. The best part was that he saved me roughly $7000 in closing costs versus the national lender. I secured an unbelievable rate on a VA mortgage. I would highly recommend giving Kyle a call if you are looking for a mortgage or refinance. He is straight forward and honest. He will tell you what he can offer very quickly.
