- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Paula white is a very rude woman. I believe Tyler is the only person there who is nice and great customer service. Paula is just a very sarcastic , rude and unpleasant persona. It is the only reason why I decided to switch to another office . Anytime I would call to make a payment she was just judgeful because I was days late . It's none of her concern if I pay late or not as long as I pay. I referred a friend to her because they needed a quote and my friend said she was very rude and unpleasant .
